Love you guys!

The Ripple of Events in Malaysia

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for my absence for this few days. Being busy as bee. I will catch you guys up later!

There are always ripples after a storm. And in the last couple days, the ripple may in form of human disaster after Hurricane Ike had stroke Texas. My wishes rest for millions of the victims that affected. In the time of disaster, always lies a faithful hand and a pray of love and hope.

Closer to home, Malaysian can still feel the last jerk of ejaculation of the last general election. Truth to be told, I am more interested in politics than ever. Is there will be a change of government? No one knows for sure, but I could see there are already changes in our politics surface with more ministers voicing their opinions (and one even resign), civilians being tucked away by using Internal Security Act (ISA) without improper justice, KLCI at the low time ever (touching 1000 points), politicians blogs sprout out like the mushrooms after rain and young people start paying attention to what had happen to our country. Well, you decide whether it’s a good thing or not, but I am just riding the ride.

In celebration this holy month of Muslim where they are forbid to eat during the day light and the month where all the devils locked up in hell, people seem to be the devils of they own. Seditious and unethical newspaper reports and blogs were posted in the name of free speech. After it becomes out of control, they tried to lock up all of them in the name of racial disturbances. While there are lots of ways to judge people, no one is judging a person based on an article, no reasonable man that is. Let alone chose ISA to detain her. I am talking about Teresa Kok of course and an article that said to be entirely based on the former Menteri Besar of Selangor, Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo.

Oh my, how excited our political scene has become! I am thrilled to know what more after this. Another locked up Malaysia Today’s incident I guess? They tried to block the website (to show who the boss is I supposed) and after that failed, they detained the editor. Well, Malaysia Truly Asia!

*UPDATE* : Another blogger was arrested for sedition! (ehem, I told you :)

P/S: Hurm, I am still wondering how lil Wayne’s trouser hang down so low during the performance at MTV Video Music Awards 2008 in Hollywood. It seems so effortlessly hung down there!

Our politic is getting uglier *puke*
I really hate Malaysian politic now but I still have to cope with it whether I like it or not.

I don't need a new government as I love UMNO and BN a lot. But what is the best thing to do when they are sleeping and never open their eyes wide? Sigh.

Hi Nisha,

Thanks Nisha. I am sure will note that you hate politics :) Nevertheless, our world is in the hand of those politicians. I just hope they remember their duty, which is to serve people rather than their own self

Hi Faisal,

"Sleeping and never open their eyes wide"? LOL. I am more concern on why they like to impose a short terms policies.. At one time we need to study in English, another year in BM.. I read a letter from The Star or NST reader said that we have been treated like a 'lab mouse'.. Sigh..

I learn in English during kinder garden and preschool, in Malay during Primary and Secondary (Until form 3), in Malay and English mixing for form 4 and form 5, English in my time for matriculation and continue to I step in University. A new policy should stay for a while before you could see the consequences.

I just hope they plan before impose anything new. Same goes to economic policies..

It's not easy to live in a nation where the leaders left their brains behind. Step down or bend down- and they are not doing both!

and thats what we are looking for too bluedude
we are still waiting for the right leader to lead our country and raise us up ... corruption is our main probl;em here

Faisal Admar said...

Agree with you. We are exactly their lab mice! That is so pathetic. But what else can we do? You try to be better than a mice you will end up in ISA.
